Processing Time: All of our products are made to order through Printify, which means that once you place an order, it will be printed and fulfilled based on the availability of the product and the print method. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Please note that production times may vary depending on the product type, availability, and demand. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Time: Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. While we strive to ensure fast delivery, please allow the following estimated shipping times:
- Domestic Shipping (within [Country Name]): 5–10 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
These times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors like customs delays, holidays, or shipping carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. The total cost of shipping will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. You may be eligible for free shipping promotions, which will be noted during checkout.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status directly on the carrier’s website.
Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Issues:
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered. We recommend that you use a secure shipping address for your orders.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an error is made, please contact us immediately, and we will attempt to correct the address before the order ships.
6. Customs and Import Fees: For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. boxes, but please be aware that certain carriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes in all regions.
10. International Orders: We are happy to ship internationally! Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs delays and additional charges, as mentioned above.
