1. Returns: We want to ensure you're happy with your order, but due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns for most items. Our products are printed on-demand, which means each item is made specifically for you. As a result, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
  • Personal preference

However, we are happy to assist you in cases where your order arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please review the next section for more details on how we handle these situations.

2. Refunds: Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. You must provide clear pictures of the damaged or defective product along with your order number to help us process the claim.
  • Incorrect Items: If the item you received is not what you ordered, please reach out to us right away. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund: If you need to return an item or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. We will review the request and guide you through the process, including issuing a replacement or refund if eligible.

4. Shipping Costs: If your return is eligible for a refund, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exemptions: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Items that are not defective or incorrect

6. Refund Process: Once your return is approved, you will be notified, and the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
